The Warrenton community will get its first full look at the newly remodeled Walmart Store at 500 Warren County Center during a celebration Friday, December 9. The celebration will start at 8 a.m. and will include the playing of the national anthem led by the Warrenton High School Marching Band, presentation of colors by local Marines, remarks from store manager Nicholas Greufe, presentation of community grants to three local organizations and an official ribbon cutting with the Warrenton Chamber of Commerce.
"We are thankful for all of our customers who have been patient as the store underwent its remodel,” stated Nicholas Greufe, Warrenton Walmart store manager.
The Warrenton Walmart is part of the more than $240 million investment Walmart is making through the remodel of 41 stores across Missouri in 2022. The remodel includes a new "dollar shop" near the self-checkouts, a new vision center, changes to the store layout and various improvements to the store's interior.
