To The Editor:Language for Proposition J on April 2 ballot is bad. It states, “Shall Warren County R-III School District....become a part of and be annexed to St. Charles Community College District?”This gives Warren County School districts to St. Charles Community College and adds $0.1796 per $100 assessed valuation to our property tax, forever. It does not list what benefits they will offer, nor does it mention classes being offered in Warrenton.Vote “No” on this poorly written proposition with no benefit to local taxpayers.John FahrniWarrenton
