Mrs. Violet Francis (Nee: Jaspering) VanBibber of Jonesburg, MO. passed away peacefully, Wednesday, October 6, 2021. She was born March 15, 1922 in Philadelphia, MO, to Florence Herman and Clara Belle (Nee: White) Jaspering. She had reached the age of 99 years.
Violet married the love of her life, William Thomas VanBibber Jr., November 3, 1945 in Jefferson City, MO. They spent 37 years together before his passing February 24, 1983. To this union, 4 children were born, Dennis, Joyce, Judy and Carol. Violet enjoyed playing all sorts of games like bingo, pinochle, yahtzee and various other games. She also liked to sing and dance. What she loved more than anything was spending time with her family. She will be missed by everyone that knew her.
Violet was preceded in death by her loving husband, William; parents, Florence and Clara; daughters, Judy Wheeler, Carol Jean Gress; 9 siblings; son in law, Charles Tracy. She is survived by her children, Dennis VanBibber (Mary), Joyce Tracy; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren; many other friends and family.
We will Celebrate the Life of Violet Francis VanBibber, Tuesday, October 12, 2021, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Martin Funeral Home in Warrenton, MO. Funeral services will begin at 12:00 PM at the funeral home followed by interment at Warrenton City Cemetery.
