Washington police have released a surveillance video of four young men who damaged a portable restroom in one of the city’s parks. Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying the suspects or vehicles involved in the incident that occurred about 9 p.m. Saturday night. The video shows the youths pushing the port-a-potty onto its top. The restroom then overturns on its side. The top of the unit was damaged, police said. Police did not give the location of the incident other than to say it was in the parks system.
