Veterans Day services are scheduled to be held Wednesday, Nov. 11, in Warrenton and Marthasville.U.S. Army Maj. Nolan Ellis will be the guest speaker at the service to be held at 11 a.m. at the Warrenton Elks Lodge. A meal will be served following the service.In Marthasville, the annual service will be held at 11 a.m. at the American Legion Post 180. The guest speaker will be John Notgrass. His presentation will deal with the experiences of World War II medics.The service will be followed by a carry-in meal. Afternoon activities, beginning at 1 p.m., will include a social and shooting match with cross, wheel and potshots. Refreshments will be available.Veteran's Day
