A three vehicle accident Friday, Jan. 2 resulted in two juveniles being transported to area hospitals with injuries.
According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol traffic crash report, a 1999 Chevrolet Silverado driven by a 16-year-old male was unable to stop in time and attempted to avoid a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by a 44-year-old female. The Suburban swerved to the left and struck the left side of the Caravan before striking a 2016 Ford F150 driven by a 58-year-old female at approximately 5:35 p.m. Jan. 2.
The driver of the Suburban was transported by a private vehicle to SSM Health St. Joseph Hospital – Lake St. Louis with minor injuries, while a 17-year-old male passenger of the F150 was transported by Warren County Ambulance to the same hospital.
