Authorities have issued warrants for the arrest of a Warrenton area man suspected for two burglaries in September last year.David L. Kelley, 24, was identified by a victim and fingerprint evidence in connection to the burglaries on Honeysuckle Court and the 200 block of South Highway 47 in Warrenton. Both victims of the reported burglaries have personal connections to Kelley, according to Warrenton police. On Sept. 11, 2017, a victim reported that three electric guitars were stolen from his residence on Honeysuckle Court sometime in the previous week.
