New charges were filed Friday against a 63-year-old Lincoln County man waiting trial for having sex with a child under 14 years of age from Warrenton.Earl D. Christine of the 300 block of Beck Road, Truxton, was charged with 30 counts of statutory rape. Christine was previously charged with two counts of statutory rape, one count of statutory sodomy and endangering the welfare of a child. Those charges are still pending.According to court documents, the alleged assualts took place at the girl's Warren County home.Bail is set at $100,000.Truxton Man Faces 30 New Charges of Statutory Rape
