Donnell Wilder, 29, of Truesdale, has been charged with third-degree domestic assault, a felony, and leaving the scene of an accident, a misdemeanor, stemming from an incident that occurred on June 8.
According to the probable cause statement filed by Warren County Sheriff's Department Corporal Michael Pelton, he was dispatched to a location in Warren County for a report of leaving the scene of an accident.
Victim one said a witness had told her someone had struck her parked vehicle with their car. There was damage to the vehicle and tire marks in the grass, according to the probable cause statement.
Pelton traveled to a second location where a second victim who said Wilder had assaulted her.
Victim two stated Wilder had punched her in the face, and he had grabbed her and thrown her around. She said he had also kicked a dog kennel at her, causing a cut to form on her right foot, according to the probable cause statement.
Wilder has several prior convictions, including a prior conviction for domestic assualt.
