Mayor Jerry Cannon and Truesdale Aldermen Ellen Wortham and Kari Hartley were sworn in for their new terms at the April 23 board of aldermen meeting. Cannon won reelection after running unopposed. Hartley won a second term in the April 8 election, while Wortham, who was a write-in candidate, will serve her first term on the board.
