A Troy man was seriously injured after being struck by a car near Wright City on Sept. 21.
The accident occurred at 9:35 p.m. on the North Outer Road east of Highway J, according to a report filed by the Missouri State Highway Patrol.
The report says that 31-year-old James J. Webb, of Troy, was riding his bicycle west while in the eastbound lane of the North Outer Road when it was struck by a 2012 Ford Focus driven by a 16-year-old unnamed woman.
Webb was taken by Warren County ambulance to St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis.
The car driven by the 16-year-old was totaled and towed from the scene by Approved Towing.
No further information was available about Webb's condition.
