A Troy man was charged with a felony count of driving while revoked or suspended following an incident on Aug. 2 at 10:35 p.m.
According to a probable cause affidavit submitted by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy observed a 2002 Ford Excursion traveling north on County Farm Road. The deputy stopped the vehicle because it was failing to maintain a single lane of travel. During the investigation the deputy discovered that the driver Jordon Hoffman, 28, Troy had a revoked drivers license.
According to the affidavit, Hoffman has four prior convictions for driving on a revoked or suspended license.
