Three people were taken to the hospital following a crash Friday evening on Highway 47, north of the Missouri River bridge.The crash stalled traffic on both sides of the bridge for some time as Missouri Highway Patrol troopers worked the scene.The patrol said a southbound 2001 Dodge pickup truck driven by Ryan G. Durbin, 23, Augusta, struck the rear of a 1989 GMC 2500 driven by Dale A. Hembrock, 50, St. Clair. A third southbound vehicle, a 2007 Honda Accord driven by Jaclyn R. England, 28, Lake Saint Louis, struck the left rear of the Durbin truck, according to the preliminary patrol report.Hembrock and two passenger, Anthony J. Hester, 25, St. Clair, and Brett A. Hester, 22, Washington, sustained minor to moderate injuries in the crash.
