A Warrenton female was one of three people injured in a two-vehicle crash on Highway 47 in Lincoln County Wednesday, Sept. 10, at 1:30 p.m.
The female, age 24, was the passenger in a 2009 Ford Edge driven by a 27-year-old female from Troy. She was treated for minor injuries at SSM St. Joseph Hospital West, the Missouri State Highway Patrol reported.
According to the preliminary crash report, the second vehicle, a 2015 Kia Optima driven by a 16-year-old Troy female, was headed westbound on Highway 47 and preparing to turn south onto Linns Mill Road. The driver failed to yield to the second vehicle and pulled into its path. Both drivers were transported to the hospital with minor juries, the patrol. All three occupants were wearing seat belts.
