The Warren County Council on Aging, which operates the Warren County Senior Center, held its board elections Monday, May 20, to decide who would fill the three seats that were up for election.Incumbents Roger Cauble and Patsy Jones were re-elected. Newcomer Dan Buechner will fill the third open spot. The new terms will begin in July.Cauble and Jones are retired and live in Wright City. Buechner is retired and lives in Warrenton. He is a Meals on Wheels driver.The Warren County Council on Aging operates the senior center located at 501 Ashland St., Warrenton, and the Warren County Meals on Wheels program.The board has nine members and a majority of the board must be made up of people who are 60 and older. Candidates must be at least 21 years old.
