Three dead in double murder, suicide in Warren County

Posted Tuesday, December 30, 2025 7:19 am

More details released as romantic relationship linked to double murder, suicide

The two people shot and killed Monday night were in a romantic relationship as more details have been released in the aftermath of an apparent double homicide and suicide that left three people dead.

The Major Case Squad identified the dead couple as Yeisir Buster Concepcion, 42, and Elizabeth Hernandez-Sanchez, 33, both of Warrenton.

Law enforcement reported that Concepcion and Hernandez-Sanchez were in a romantic relationship and that the man who killed them was previously in a romantic relationship with Hernandez-Sanchez.

The shooter’s name has yet to be released.

Around 8:35 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 29, the Warren County Sheriff’s Department responded to a call of a “man down” near the intersection of South Stracks Church Road and State Highway M. When deputies arrived on scene they located Concepcion and Hernandez-Sanchez, who had been traveling together, with gunshot wounds. Both victims died at the scene despite life-saving efforts, police said.

Shortly thereafter Warren County Sheriff Kevin Harrison requested the assistance of the Major Case Squad to investigate. Investigators developed information on a vehicle of interest and broadcast the information to surrounding police agencies. Warren County deputies located the vehicle at a truck stop in Foristell around 3 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30. As deputies attempted to make contact with the driver of the vehicle he pulled out a gun and shot himself, according to the release. The man died at the scene.

Harrison said an investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with information related to this case is encouraged to contact the Warren County Sheriff’s Office at 636-456-4332.
