To The Editor:President Obama, long content to “kick the can down the road” on both North Korea and Iran, said he would never accept a nuclear Iran. Then he did an about face. He cut a deal that guaranteed the Ayatollah’s nuclear capacity.President Carter appeased Pyongyang with a $5 billion aid package with the condition not to seek nuclear capability. Later President Clinton said this was a wonderful idea.Both Obama and Carter were awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for their efforts. Of course, we know from past experience the liberal media will lay praise only at the feet of those so deserving and will continue to support a successful multilateral foreign policy like the one in the mid-east where Syrian tyrant Assad routinely performs genocide on his own people.Robert V.
