Mrs. Teresa Ann (Nee: Twiehaus) Dieckman of Warrenton passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022. She was born on October 1, 1958, in Washington, MO, to Bernard and Mary (Nee: Wessel) Twiehaus. She had reached the age of 63 years.
Teresa earned her Bachelor's of Science degree in education from Mizzou and went on to receive her Master's degree in Principal Education from Maryville University. She started teaching in the Wright City School district in 1982 and remained there until her retirement in 2008. Among education also came a love for reading romance novels and fantasy books with her friends and family. She was a talented artist that painted murals for family and on the bedroom walls of her grandchildren. She enjoyed watching old westerns and historical movies, but especially loved superstar hero movies with her children and grandchildren. A few more of her favorite things included the St. Louis Cardinals, discussing politics and horses. Having horses when she was younger, she always enjoyed the Kentucky Derby and any other horse races. She also loved her dachshunds, Dude and Kink, and spending time with her family and children.
Teresa was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Allen Dieckman; and her father, Bernard Twiehaus. Those that are grateful for having shared in Teresa's life were her mother, Mary Twiehaus; her children, Jacob Schellman and Jessica Gieson and husband Jesse; grandchildren, Caleb and Dallas Gieson; brother, George "Tom" Twiehaus and wife Gayle.
