A Warrenton teen has been sentenced to five years of state-supervised probation for burglarizing the basement of a home while the residents were upstairs.Terrance Pherigo, 19, pleaded guilty Feb. 16 to charges of first-degree burglary and stealing items valued at $750 or more. Franklin County 20th District Associate Circuit Judge David L. Hoven sentenced him to probation and ordered that he pay restitution, according to online court records.Pherigo was arrested in July 2017 after he and three other teens allegedly forced open a basement door at a home on Chestnut Court north of Foristell. Four people were home upstairs at the time. The suspects took two video game consoles, an Xbox One and an Xbox 360, as well as a number of video games the owners valued at about $2,000.Another suspect in the case, Marcus L. Pherigo, 18, pleaded guilty in December and received five years of probation. The two remaining suspects, Thomas Junte, 18, Wright City, and Tyler E. McGlasson, 17, of Caseyville, Ill., have court hearings scheduled for March 14 and March 28, respectively.Terrance Pherigo
