A 24-year-old suspect is in custody for allegedly using two stolen credit cards to purchase nearly $400 items from three Warren County businesses.Ethan Foelsch, of Winfield, was arrested Friday on two felony charges of receiving stolen property.During an interview with a Warren County deputy, he admitted to trading shoes for the credit cards knowing they were stolen. The investigation revealed that the credit cards were stolen from a parked vehicle in the 400 block of McKinley in Warrenton April 19.According to the probable cause statement, the stolen credit cards were used to purchase $394.24 of gas and other items from two businesses in Warrenton and one in Wright City.Crime
