Warren County deputies arrested a Sullivan man Monday for allegedly stealing a wedding ring from a residence.Jared Gumpenberger, 20, was charged Tuesday with felony stealing. According to police, the ring was valued at over $500.The ring was stolen from a home in the 16000 block of Cedar Ridge on Jan. 11. During the investigation, the ring was recovered at a pawn shop and Gumpenberger was identified as a suspect, according to the probable cause statement.Arrest
