Miquenzie Quintero, 26, of St. Louis, was charged with third-degree domestic assault, a felony, stemming from an incident that occurred in Innsbrook on Aug. 10.
According to the probable cause statement filed by Warren County Sheriff's Deputy David Brown, he responded to a report of a physical domestic dispute in Innsbrook on the evening of Aug. 10.
When he arrived he found the suspect Quintero, who said she had been in a relationship with the victim for six months. Brown reported Quintero was the aggressor in the encounter, and had followed the victim upstairs where she had struck her multiple times with a closed fist.
According to the probable cause statement the victim had several bruises and marks on her head and face that were "consistent with being punched repeatedly."
Quintero is scheduled to appear in court on Jan. 25, 2025.
