A St. Louis man has been charged with first-degree sodomy stemming from an incident at the Warren County Jail in 2024.
Demetrius C. Ingram was charged July 24 in connection with the Sept. 8, 2024 incident. The alleged victim was another inmate at the jail.
Although DNA evidence later corroborated the victim’s claim, when interviewed about the incident, Ingram denied it, claiming his only contact with the victim was a “fist bump,” according to a probable cause statement.
A no-bond arrest warrant has been issued for Ingram, born in 1980.
