ST. LOUIS (AP) — The founder of what he calls an "ethical hacking" firm is hosting a conference in St. Louis this week to show IT experts how to protect against nefarious hackers. Dave Chronister founded Parameter Security. He says the next Sept. 11-type disaster will be a cyber-attack. So Chronister tells KMOX Radio that he is bringing America's 100 best ethical hackers to St. Louis to demonstrate how hackers work. Chronister says the convention is vital both to private companies and government. As an example, he cites the danger if a city had to go several weeks without utilities.
