The Warrenton offense struggled once again in its third loss to St. Charles this season, the latest version coming Tuesday night in the Class 4 Sectional, 50-38.Warrenton trailed 18-12 at halftime and St. Charles extended its lead to 27-12 early in the third quarter.The Warriors got within nine points early in the fourth thanks to a bucket and free throw by Allison Tonioli, but St. Charles responded with a layup to protect its lead.Warrenton finishes its season 21-6.
