A Warren County man was transported to the hospital Saturday after falling asleep at the wheel of a vehicle a striking a tree.Shane M. Larussa, 20, received serious injuries in the crash, according to a preliminary report from the Missouri State Highway Patrol. The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. April 7 at Pendleton Lost Creek Road near Lost Creek Road.Larussa was taken by Warren County Ambulance to St. Joseph Hospital in Lake St. Louis. He was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash.Crash
