Shirley Ann Cline nee Richardson passed away at Jonesburg Nursing Home in Jonesburg, MO on October 25, 2021 at the age of 82 years, 5 months, 11 days. Shirley was born in Osceola AR on May 14, 1939 to James Lafate and Martha Irene Richardson nee Cain.
Beloved mother of Toreia (Joe Cox) Cline, Sherry (Chuck) Venable, Hope (Bill) Evans; two sisters, Ruth Eggers, Billie Hiles; brother, Dwight (Londa) Richardson; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 47 years, Richard Cline, sister, Mary Winckle, brother, John "Buddy" Richardson.
Shirley worked for Ferguson-Florissant School District as a bus driver. She was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church. Volunteered at CEF and Agape. Shirley loved playing games and cards with her family. Shirley had a positive outlook, which she passed on to us during this difficult time. Her witty sense of humor kept us laughing.
Shirley will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The color purple was her favorite so if you have some purple, lets wear it in her honor.
Visitation will be held on October 30, 2021, from 10 am - 1 pm at Pitman Funeral Home in Warrenton followed by funeral services on October 31 at 1 pm, also at Pitman Funeral Home. Shirley will be laid to rest at Lippstadt Cemetery in Warrenton, MO.
