St. Charles Community College will host another public forum to answer questions about Proposition J Monday, Oct. 28, from 6-7 p.m. at the Warrenton Scenic Regional Library.If approved, SCC would establish and operate a technical school in Warren County, and residents of the school districts would be eligible for in-district tuition for SCC programs. SCC administrators and Prop J advocates will be on-hand at the library to provide more information about the proposition and answer questions from the public.
