Wright City police confiscated a riding lawnmower and utility trailer, both reported stolen, while executing a search warrant Sept. 15.Derek A. Neth, 34, of the 800 block of Legolas Lane, Wright City, was charged with two felony counts of receiving stolen property and two felony counts of drug possession. A $40,000 bond has been set.The stolen items found at Neth’s residence had a combined value of $4,500, authorities said. While at the home, police seized a piece of foil found in a metal bucket. The substances in the foil tested positive for heroin and methamphetamine, according to the probable cause statement.Charges
