The Scenic Regional Library in Warrenton has some scary happenings planned for the month of October.
On Oct. 14, Steve and Judy Skinner, the owners of the Haunted Castle House in Brumley, Mo., named by HGTV as the “Scariest House in the Midwest.”
The Skinner’s who are the fourth owners of the home are going to discuss their house and all the creepy happenings that occur there, according to Adult Programmer Kerry Christian.
On Oct. 21, there will be a presentation of the St. Louis Insane Asylum specifically regarding spiritualism and the women who were confined there.
