Mrs. Ruth H. Dreyer of Washington, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 25. She was born on June 4, 1932, in Washington, to the late Alfred and Ina (nee:Walker) Hoemann. Ruth had reached the age of 92 years.
Ruth was united in marriage to Werner F. Dreyer Jr. on February 5, 1955, in Washington. She loved spending as much time as she could with Werner, playing cards and traveling together. Ruth enjoyed raising Saint Bernard dogs. She was passionate about socializing, having fun, and enjoying the company of her family and friends. Ruth was a loving wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend to many.
Ruth is survived by her sister- in-law, Carolyn Rasche; two nieces, Linda Kauffman (Dan) and June Holt (Mike), and one nephew, Jeff Rasche (Jodi deceased), other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Werner F. Dreyer Jr.; and her parents, Alfred and Ina Hoemann, sister, Dorothy Mutert, and brother-in-law, Ralph Dreyer.
Graveside services for Ruth will be held at 10 A.M. on April 4, at Immanuel UCC Cemetery in Holstein. Memorial donations may be given in honor of Ruth to Immanuel UCC of Holstein.
