Over $6,000 was raised for the Pregnancy Options Center of Warren County as 42 supporters took part in the annual Run for Life 5K Fun Run/Walk on May 31. The top three women runners were Casey Stephens, in first, Lauren Stephens, in second and Sarah Corica, in third. The top three male runners were Jonathan Schuknecht, in first, Benjamin Hunt, in second and Elijah Lee, in third.
The funds raised will be used toward ongoing operating expenses. The Pregnancy Options Center of Warren County is a local non-profit organization that provides free lab quality pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, and parenting education through their Earn While You Learn program. Points earned may be spent in their Baby Shop. Chief Executive Director Robin Olsen shared, “We’re thankful for all those who participated and partnered with us in the mission of providing help, hope, and healing to those in our community facing pregnancy choices.
