A Robertsville man was charged with domestic assault, third degree following an incident Oct. 27 around 11 a.m. in Warrenton.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed by the Warrenton Police Department, an officer made contact with the victim who said he boyfriend were in a parking lot when Kurt Wahl of Robertsville began breaking items inside their vehicle and struck her with a closed fist on top of her head. Video footage showed Wahl striking the victim several times.
A no-bond warrant was issued for Wahl’s arrest Oct. 29.
