Roberts named U.S. Ambassador Tween

Isabella Roberts, a Black Hawk Middle School student, recently won the national title of America’s U.S. Ambassador Tween.She is the daughter of Tom and Candy Roberts, Warrenton.Isabella competed in Clearwater Beach, Fla., against girls from all over the United States ages 9-12 at the America’s US Miss National Scholarship Program.The program is judged on academic achievement, volunteer service, resume, personality wear, evening gown and person interview. The pageant is based on gaining self-confidence and learning new skills, as well as setting and achieving personal goals.Isabella is on the honor roll at Black Hawk Middle School and plays select soccer for Missouri Rush Soccer Club.She recently volunteered for The Amazing Miss Pageant, Teens of America and The Sparrow’s Maternity Home.
