Nipper, 27, was charged Jan. 3 with third-degree domestic assault, a Class E felony.Warrenton police responded to a disturbance at a home on Barberry Court Sept. 12. A male at the residence told police he had been in a physical altercation with Nipper which was the result of an argument.Police observed minor injuries to the man’s face and shoulder, and a line on his neck.Domestic assault
