Missouri State Rep. Bryan Spencer, R-Wentzville, has announced that he will be hosting a “focus group” event for homeowners who are dealing with issues with their respective homeowner associations.“Most constituent issues lately have been issues regarding various problems between homeowners and their homeowner associations.” Spencer said. “I want to give the people of my district an opportunity to voice their concerns. I welcome anyone who wants to participate and share their thoughts or concerns.”The event is set for Wednesday, July 22, from 6-8 p.m. to be held at the VFW, 1414 Highway Z in Wentzville.Missouri State Rep.
