The Liberty Christian girls basketball team fell in two recent games on Jan. 16 and Jan. 17. Against Lighthouse Prep Academy, the Eagles dropped 46-31. Lauren Moss led in points with nine, while Allie Brazier recorded six. Moss had 18 rebounds, while Jubilee McGowan tallied 12. The next day, Liberty Christian matched up with MAC conference opponent Westwood Baptist Academy. The Eagles fell 36-20 and dropped to sixth in the conference standings. Freshman Bristol Barron led with 12 points, while McGowan had 10 rebounds. The Eagles will play Rivers of Life Christian next on Jan. 24 at 5:30 p.m.
