Karl M. Kindt III will present an all-ages program about the 1904 St. Louis World’s Fair at 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 26, at the Warren County History Museum.
Guests will hear about how people from all over the world came to St. Louis’ Forest Park from April to December of 1904 to learn about each other’s cultures, histories and technologies.
Music from the time is featured in the presentation as well as items from the Fair.
Before the presentation, the Warren County Historical Society and Museum will hold its annual meeting starting at 6:30 p.m. New board members will be elected to fill the positions of five outgoing members.
The museum is located at 102 W. Walton in Warrenton. All programs are open to the public. The presentation is free.
The museum’s hours are 1 to 4 p.m. Sundays and 10 to 4 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays.
