An Arnold man who was in possession of 15 pounds of marijuana during a 2012 traffic stop is facing a felony charge, authorities said.Clifton W. Morgan, 58, was charged last week with felony drug possession with the intent to distribute. A warrant was issued July 30. A $25,000 bond has been set.The case stems from an investigation conducted by the East Central Missouri Drug Task Force where authorities learned Morgan would be traveling to Columbia and purchasing a large quantity of pot, according to the probable cause statement.As Morgan traveled east on Interstate 70, a traffic stop was initiated by deputies as he entered Warren County. The marijuana was seized when police searched the car. Morgan allegedly told deputies he was trying to make a living.Pot seizure
