Concerned Citizens for Animal Control (CCAC) invites people to get their pets’ photo with Santa at two events in December.The first event will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 3, at Wright City Hardware and General Store, 105 N. Elm Ave. in Wright City, and then from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10, at the Warrenton Veterinary Clinic, 717 E. Main St. in Warrenton.People can bring their dogs, cats, kids, the whole family, for a holiday photo with the jolly man himself.Guests might come across an elf or two with treats and fun raffles.Pets should be current on all vaccinations and kept on a leash or in a carrier.Patrons will receive a framed photo and an electronic copy. The cost is $10.All proceeds will benefit the CCAC’s Warren County Animal Shelter Challenge.The CCAC is hosting the fundrasing challenge to build an animal shelter to help abandoned and unwanted animals find “fur”ever homes, implement spay and neuter programs and reunite lost animals with their owners.For information about this event, volunteer opportunities or about the CCAC, call 636-456-SPAY (7729), email info@ccacwc.com or send a message on the CCAC Facebook page.
