The Wright City Parks Department hosted The Wildlife Command Center and Party Paws Mobile Zoo at Liberty Christian Academy on March 22 for families to learn about wildlife from NWCOA certified naturalist Jenna Heckethorn. Over 200 attendees filled the Gym at Liberty Christian as Heckethorn taught attendees about animals such as tortoises, alligators, owls and pythons.
Families were also able to take part in a miniature petting zoo after the event and get an up close look at the animals.
