The Innsbrook Resort hosted the 10th annual Swim Across America event at Alpine Lake on Aug. 23.
Over 500 swimmers took part in the open-water swim competing in half-mile, one-mile and two-mile races, including over 180 competitors from Warren County.
Swimmers raised over $300,000 for the event which will be donated to the Siteman Cancer Center in St. Louis.
The event has raised over $2.1 million for cancer research to date, according to Co-Event Director Kathy Denton.
