Truesdale hosted National Night Out in Bruer Park on Aug. 5.
National Night Out is a national event held annually on the first Tuesday in August. It serves as an opportunity for kids and families to interact with first responders in a safe, non-emergency environment.
National Night Out in Truesdale included booths and vendors around the park and MaryLou Center as well as a balloon toss contest and a K-9 demonstration from the Warren County Sheriff's Department.
