Wright City had its annual Breakfast With Santa on Dec. 9 at the Heiliger Building at Diekroeger Park. Kids and their families were invited to enjoy a pancake breakfast — cooked up by members of the Wright City High School Key Club — and then meet Santa and Mrs. Claus for a photo.
There were also other activities and books available to the kids, and each child who visited Santa was given a fruit bag.
Wright City Parks Director Stuart Bruning said he was hoping for between 200 and 250 people to come out and enjoy the event.
