A St. Louis man changing a tire on the shoulder of Interstate 70 was struck by a vehicle and transported to the hospital Saturday night.
Georgeo E. Frazer, 44, sustained moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Mercy St. Louis Hospital. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported Frazer was changing a tire near mile-marker 188 when he was struck by a 2003 Ford Focus driven by Elanor C. Menke, 59, Warrenton.
