Warrenton police on Saturday arrested a 29-year-old man who was in possession of painkillers while walking on Highway 47 at 12:19 a.m.Dwayne M. Quirin, of the 1200 block of Golden Vicary, was charged with felony drug possession. He is being held on a $10,000 bond.According to the probable cause statement, a Warrenton officer was patrolling the area of Highway 47 and Interstate 70 when he observed two people walking on the shoulder. Quirin allegedly provided consent for a search and a pill bottle contained pills identified as Oxycodone Hydrochloride.Drug possession
