A Pacific woman was recently charged with drug trafficking and possession of a controlled substance for an incident that occurred Nov. 3, 2025.
According to a probable cause statement filed by the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, a deputy observed a Chrysler 200 traveling north on Stracks Church Road drifting over the white fog line five times and failing to maintain a single lane of travel. The vehicle failed to yield when the deputy activated his lights and siren. The deputy then made contact with the driver Michelle Oliver, who had a revoked drivers license. During a consent search the deputy located a plastic baggie containing methamphetamine. She also had in her possession fentanyl and alprazolam, according to court records.
A no-bond warrant was issued for Oliver’s arrest on April 7.
