The driver of a Chevrolet Tahoe, identified as Elaine Grannemann, Pacific, said she overcorrected her vehicle after dropping a tire off the pavement as she negotiated a curve on Highway 94 west near Treloar. The incident occurred at 11:50 a.m. Saturday, March 9. Grannemann was traveling east when the wreck occurred. The vehicle struck two trees, coming to rest on top of the second. A passenger, Lorette Lauff, was taken by Marthasville ambulance to Mercy Hospital, Washington, following the crash.
