A Warren County man is accused of assaulting a woman Oct. 4 and is facing a felony charge related to the incident.Torrence Breaux, 30, of the 28000 block of Orchard Farm Circle, Wright City, was charged Monday with second-degree domestic assault. Warren County deputies reported Breaux fled the home prior to their arrival.Police had arrived at the home earlier in the day for a separate incident, but Breaux did not allow the female victim to answer the door. Later, the woman called a friend and the phone line was open when a second altercation took place, according to the probable cause statement. Deputies responded a second time and allegedly observed several scratch marks and bruising on the woman.Domestic Assault
