One person died after an overnight motorcycle crash Sept. 10 which occurred on Interstate 70 just east of Foristell.
Driver Bryant A. Vetter, 30, of Wright City, was taken to Mercy Hospital St. Louis following the crash, but died several hours later, according to a report from the Missouri Highway Patrol.
The crash reportedly occurred around 2 a.m. Sept. 10 in the westbound lanes of Interstate 70 near the 204.4 mile marker, the highway patrol reported. Crash investigators believe the 2013 Harley-Davidson Softail that Vetter was driving ran off the left side of the road and struck the median, causing the motorcycle to overturn and eject Vetter. The highway patrol said Vetter was not wearing a helmet.
